The successful performance of the Indian Rupee (INR) product suite (Monthly INR Futures, INR Quanto Futures, and INR Rupee Options) has paved the way to expand this suite by having Weekly Futures Contracts, offering more diverse trading opportunities. These Contracts are suitable for those market participants with shorter time frame hedging requirements.
INR/US Dollar Weekly Futures Contract expires every Friday (except where that coincides with the expiry of the standard INR/US Dollar Futures Contract), if the monthly Futures Contract expiry falls on a Friday, there will be no Weekly Futures Contract launched for that week.
